About
The “Grândola Logistics Park Euro-Atlantic” (“GLPEA”) is a private logistics & industrial development located in Grândola, Portugal, about 100km South of Lisbon and 50 km North of the international Port of Sines. The GLPEA is a new strategic hub in the global supply chain as it integrates the fast-growing Atlantic Transport Corridor. The GLPEA is developed by Qantara Capital, a Swiss private investment and advisory firm.
With exceptional rail & road infrastructure, the GLPEA boasts 130 hectares divided in macro-lots offering a total construction area of 670,000 m2 dedicated to logistics, industry, and services. The GLPEA answers a strong demand for both scale and modularity from domestic and multi-national companies enabling them to adapt to new commercial and geopolitical realities.
The GLPEA gives its future tenants the opportunity to set a new benchmark in ESG standards by promoting innovation, integration, and sustainability. Among others, our environmental requirements include green building certification, extensive use of solar power and smart utilities management.
