About

The “Grândola Logistics Park Euro-Atlantic” (“GLPEA”) is a private logistics & industrial development located in Grândola, Portugal, about 100km South of Lisbon and 50 km North of the international Port of Sines. The GLPEA is a new strategic hub in the global supply chain as it integrates the fast-growing Atlantic Transport Corridor. The GLPEA is developed by Qantara Capital, a Swiss private investment and advisory firm.

With exceptional rail & road infrastructure, the GLPEA boasts 130 hectares divided in macro-lots offering a total construction area of 670,000 m2 dedicated to logistics, industry, and services. The GLPEA answers a strong demand for both scale and modularity from domestic and multi-national companies enabling them to adapt to new commercial and geopolitical realities.

The GLPEA gives its future tenants the opportunity to set a new benchmark in ESG standards by promoting innovation, integration, and sustainability. Among others, our environmental requirements include green building certification, extensive use of solar power and smart utilities management. The GLPEA is also expected to have a positive social and economic impact on the local community by increasing employment opportunities and professional development
